Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation.
During holidays, promotional events, peak seasons, or periods of increased order volume, processing times may be extended.
Once an order has been processed and shipped, customers will automatically receive shipping confirmation and tracking information via email.
Orders that have entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment preparation cannot be canceled.

Shipping Address Responsibility

Once an order has entered processing or shipment preparation, address changes may no longer be possible.

Delivered Orders
Orders marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier are considered successfully fulfilled and completed.
Carrier delivery confirmation and tracking records may be used as evidence in payment disputes, chargebacks, or fraud investigations.

Deliveries accepted by household members, neighbors, mailrooms, reception desks, or property management staff
Customers must report delivery-related issues within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
Lost, Delayed, or Stuck Packages

Omni Life will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment before issuing any replacement or refund consideration.
Replacement or refund decisions remain at the sole discretion of Omni Life after carrier investigation results are reviewed.
